On Dec. 9, The Cooperation Frame Agreement for large-scale chemical projects in Changxing Island, jointly developed by DSIC, Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd. and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has been signed with Changxing Island Economic Zone Administration at Dalian Dunhao International Hotel.
