To fully promote the Regulation for Enterprise Intellectual Property Right Management, and to further implement the guidance on fully promoting national standard of enterprise intellectual property right management regulation issued by 8 ministries and committees including the State Intellectual Property Office, and relevant requirements for Pilot National Defense Intellectual Property Right Standardized Management of Armament Manufacturers of General Armament Department National Defense Intellectual Property Office, in accordance with the requirements in the implementing plan of Pilot National Defense Intellectual Property Right Standardized Management of Armament Manufacturers issued by CSIC, DSIC was listed in the pilot units under CSIC.

Over one and a half years’ pilot work, DSIC has fully completed the task according to arrangement of the implementing plan of Pilot National Defense Intellectual Property Right Standardized Management of Armament Manufacturers issued by CSIC, and requirements of acceptance inspection standard. CSIC Technology and Information Department organized a panel of experts to Dalian to conduct acceptance inspection for Pilot National Defense Intellectual Property Right Standardized Management of Armament Manufacturers on July 4, 2017, where the panel have made a serious check and assessment on DSIC’s intellectual property right management system, system establishment, operation and implementation by a means of listening to report, reviewing documents and on-site communication. They agreed that DSIC’s intellectual property right management system and various rules and regulations are perfect, well linked the intellectual property right management with scientific research, production, operation, HR and finance according to the requirements of standardized management to accomplish the whole-course intellectual property right standardized management with good effect, all experts agreed to pass acceptance inspection.

DSIC is the first unit to pass acceptance inspection among the first 9 units under CSIC to carry out Pilot National Defense Intellectual Property Right Standardized Management of Armament Manufacturers.
